Exchange Policy

You may exchange a product for another item from the same or different category under the following conditions:

• Exchange must be requested within 14 days of receipt
• Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
• The same return conditions apply to the product being exchanged

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Food products and dietary supplements after opening
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Discounted items or final sale products (unless defective)

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate refund method.
